For indie band Taken By Cars, their latest album really defines them right now!
As stated on their website: Now departing from the past with current album Plagues, the five from Manila intertwine a passion for all things music with the most colorful of personal lives. Thriving in the influences of indie rock, new wave shoegaze and dream pop, the band merge their similarly stimulated energies into pieces all their own."
Following the digital launch of Plagues last March, the band recently released the 10-track album on vinyl as a special treat for fans!
That same night, Taken By Cars debuted their new music video "Turn of the Tide". Directed by King Palisoc, the 90s-inspired clip stars one of the hottest stars from that era: Ms. Ina Raymundo.
Also performing during the launch were Cheats and Sandwich whose members Raymund Marasigan and Mong Alcaraz produced Plagues along with Shinji Tanaka.
The vinyl version of Plagues is available at The Grey Market branches or you can order online at the band's official website!
